Why do Euros (EUR €) show against my Country/Region?

Because we are based in France, the price you pay will be in Euros (converted from your local currency). The prices shown on the site in your local currency have been converted from Euros. There may be a conversion fee from your local currency into Euros.

 

How quickly will I receive my prints?

Orders are usually processed within one business day. Shipment from the printer is usually within two working days. Delivery is by courier and you will be sent a tracking number when your order leaves our printer. You can check the status of your order at any time.

What happens if my print is damaged or lost in transit?

Just let us know and we will arrange a replacement for you free of charge.

 

Can I include a message with my print if I buy for someone else?

Yes, but you need to let us know as soon as possible as we turn around orders as quickly as we can. This might be the case if you are buying your print as a gift for someone else and wish to ship it directly to them.
