Title: Feeding among the trees
Photographer: Graham Elliott
Location: Nambia
Caption: One morning while tracking elephants we came across a group feeding amongst a copse of trees. It was difficult for me to get a clear shot of some of the animals as they moved around, but occasionally the trees would frame an elephant nicely.
One interesting fact about elephants is that they don’t have tear ducts. If you see fluid ‘weeping’ from an elephants eye it’s because that’s how elephants keep their eyes moist in harsh environments.
